A Climb up the Belltower for our Digital Leaders

Our Digital Leaders had a very special treat last week  whilst visiting the church to try out some cameras. One of our team is a bellringer in the church and invited her Dad along so we could all have a look inside the belltower.

It was a steep climb up a very narrow staircase to reach the bellringing room where Mr Barr showed us how the bells were operated and what all the different equipment was used for. We watched the bells ringing on a screen and found out how the ropes worked. We were all very excited!

Whilst we were in church we tested the cameras and tried to improve our photography skills, so we can help the rest of the school. Our next step is to look at the hundreds of photographs we took and see how we did and what we need to work on!
