Art – Can you see musical instruments differently?

Class: Year 4 Year: 2016 - 17

Our art topic this term is linked to our science topic of sound as well as music. The children have used their own instruments to produce line drawings.

They used different types of pencils to make marks and lines and some children experimented with fine black art pens. They have learnt that an area that is dark needs lines to be drawn closely together and lighter areas have lines spaced further apart. Have a look at some of their spectacular drawings.
