Year 6 Deal 2030 Consultation Part Two

Class: Year 6 Year: 2018 - 2019

As part of the Deal 2030 consultation, our Year 6 pupils were asked to think about what Year 6 children in 2030 would need to enhance their lives in just over ten years. After spending a week writing down their ideas and creating artwork, Lizzie, from Wigan Steam, came back into school with her green screen!

Each pupil did their very own 'vox pop' on what they thought was their best idea. Together with lots of other 'vox pops' collected across the borough, Wigan Steam will now create a film to be presented to Wigan Council at a special meeting in February.

All the pupils loved being able to tell everyone their hopes and ideas for the future of Wigan.
